To enhance your rental, we offer add-ons for design support, live content, venue coordination, or additional technician coverage for more immediate support during your event.
Design
Basic
We'll build you a media or video loop from your existing assets: video, graphics, logos, and brand kit. We'll provide you with 3 versions to choose from and 2 edits. We handle projects by email - no discovery call or meeting involved.

Best for: tight timelines, when you have the assets, but you need someone to assemble them, private events, weddings, celebrations of life, etc.
Time-boxed to: 2 hours of work for our team (anything above that will be upgraded to the pro plan)
Pro
We'll set up a discovery session to understand your goals and build something custom.

- Design plus customisations
- Live integrations, like a fundraising total climbing as pledges land
Best for: professional or high-stakes events, when pixel perfection is critical, when you have custom needs that require more wiring than a simple loop.
Pro needs 10 business days.
* In cases where the discovery call leads to major works, or requires more than 5 hours of our team's time, billing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Event Support
A technician, all day
Technician coverage for your entire event for more immediate resolution if anything goes wrong.
Live content player
Push new content to the screens while your event runs.
Content refresh
We load new content after the first load. Priced per refresh.
Convenience
Vendor approval and move-in coordination
We send the venue our insurance and vendor paperwork and book our arrival time.
Second position or room
We move your screens to a second spot during the event, like ceremony to reception.
Damage waiver
Without it, you're responsible for damage to the screens. With it, you owe nothing for accidental damage.
